"I am writing this to thank you for sharing with me the Federal Life Assurance Co.'s Tele Life program. Since I have been using this version of the application, I have had great success in closing my life cases. The appplication shortens the sales interview and allowes me time to concentrate only on the sale. I then don't have to spend a great deal of time after the sale is made to complete a medical questionaire that may postpone the closing or take enough extra time that the applicant gets irritated with the whole process.

I have even closed sales over the phone and done the rest by mail and never actually visited the applicant until I delivered the policy. This saved me a lot of miles and windshield time!

The key to using the Tele Life application is to prepare the applicant for the telephone interview when they must answer the medical and financial questions. However, I have found that this is not a problem as the interviewers are very well trained and do a great job. Although I must admit that I was rather skeptical to start with.

Harold, I have found that by using the Tele Life application along with Federal Kemper's relaxed underwriting, I have not lost one case and have placed rated cases with Federal Kemper for less premium and lower table ratings than with other companies.
